KOCAM 2K Dash Cam with Sony IMX307 Sensor and WiFi Connectivity

Record detailed evidence on every trip using this 2K (2560x1440) dash recorder equipped with a Sony IMX307 imaging sensor. The F1.8 aperture lens captures a 170-degree field of view while maintaining clarity through Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) and 3D Digital Noise Reduction. This setup supports consistent performance even in complex traffic environments, with recording speeds capped at 30 frames per second across the full resolution.

Safety and Power Systems
Unlike units relying solely on lithium, this model uses a built-in super capacitor to handle the working temperature range of -20°C to 60°C safely. It prevents overheating risks in summer heat and ensures operation down in freezing conditions. The G-Sensor automatically locks important clips upon impact detection, and a dedicated Parking Monitor mode offers 24-hour surveillance when connected to the compatible car charge cable.

Storage and Connectivity
View and manage videos remotely via the Viidure App using the device's integrated Wi-Fi function. While the unit does not contain an internal GPS chip, it supports connection to an optional external GPS logger to track driving patterns. For storage, the system utilizes Micro SD or TF memory cards with a maximum capacity of 256GB; a Class 10 reading speed is required to prevent dropped frames during loop-cycle recording.

Installation and Design
The compact hidden-style body measures 3.44 × 1.3 × 1.28 inches and weighs 150g, allowing discreet placement on a windscreen behind the rearview mirror. A 3.5-meter cable facilitates easy routing to the dashboard fuse box or cigarette lighter. A built-in 1.47-inch LCD screen provides immediate playback access, with OSD options including English, Chinese Simplified, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Russian, Spanish, and Turkish.
