KAWA D6 1440P Hidden Dash Cam with WiFi

Equip your vehicle with the KAWA D6 dash camera, designed to capture driving events in 2K resolution (2560x1440 @ 30fps) without obstructing the field of view. Encased in a compact chassis measuring 95mm x 60mm x 35mm and weighing 240g, this hidden-type recorder integrates seamlessly into rear-view mirrors while utilizing a MSTAR chipset and 1/3" aperture for reliable image processing.

Connectivity and Display Interface

Since this unit does not feature a built-in touch screen, you control settings and review footage through a smartphone using the KAWA AUTO application via built-in Wi-Fi. The interface supports voice commands for hands-free adjustments and offers On-Screen Display options in nine languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, and Russian. Video files record in H.265 codec and save as MP4 format for immediate playback on computers and mobile devices.

Power Stability and Storage

Rather than relying on unstable lithium batteries, this recorder uses a durable Super Capacitor to maintain functionality in operating temperatures between -20°C (-4°F) and 65°C (149°F). The package includes a 3.5m power cable compatible with standard 5V 1.5A inputs. To store recordings, insert a Class 10 Micro SD card with capacity ranging from 16GB to 256GB; note that memory cards are not included with the purchase.

Safety and Recording Logic

The device employs a three-dimensional noise reduction algorithm (3D DNR) and Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) to balance lighting in bright sunlight or dark tunnels. A built-in G-Sensor triggers emergency locking of active recording segments upon detected impacts. Continuous Loop-Cycle Recording automatically overwrites the oldest unprotected files once the storage limit is reached, ensuring the unit remains ready for new incidents without manual intervention.
